Director of Client Services (Remote)

Lead our Client Services team and help franchise owners feel confident and supported in their financial operations. We’re looking for an experienced, proactive leader who excels at building strong client relationships, developing teams, and ensuring exceptional service across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial reporting. This role will oversee the client experience, guide the Client Services team, and help strengthen the processes that support our clients and continued growth. Candidates must live within 1 to 2 hours of Omaha, Nebraska.
